Engagedly is implementing an integration with Deel to enable seamless sync of employee data. This helps organizations securely connect with Deel, authenticate users, and auto-import or update employee demographic data into Engagedly.

Enable Integration
The Engagedly support team activates the Deel integration. Once enabled, it appears under the Integrations section in Settings.

Connection Setup
Users start by clicking “+ Add Connection,” entering a name, and saving it to launch authentication.

Authentication & Authorization
After saving, users are redirected to Deel’s login page. Once logged in, they click “Allow” to authorize Engagedly to access relevant data.

Data Sync
Once connected, users can click “Sync Now” to immediately import all Deel employee records. They can also schedule periodic syncs to keep records current.

Sync Report
A summary email is sent after each sync, listing the number of employees created, updated, or if any errors occurred.

Disconnect Option
Clicking “Disconnect” and then “Confirm” stops syncing but keeps previously synced data in Engagedly.
