How it works
Connect Hatchproof to your Deel account and employee data syncs automatically. Hatchproof layers behavioral AI on top of your workforce data to measure real performance across communication, execution, and collaboration. Managers get actionable insights and early warning signals directly tied to the people already in Deel, with zero manual data entry.
Hatchproof is the first agentic behavioral AI companion for work. It measures performance by observing real work behavior across communication, execution, collaboration, and decision-making, then maps patterns to role expectations and team context. Unlike traditional review tools, Hatchproof runs continuously, powering smarter 1:1s, tracking growth, aligning performance to business goals, and helping you keep your best employees from burning out.
