Your first hire in a jurisdiction may trigger physical presence exposure. Kintsugi AI allows your business to remain sales tax compliant as you grow your team and as your team members relocate. Here’s how it works:

1. We sync your team members' data, such as hire date, work location, and employment type, from Deel.

2. Our powerful sales tax rule engine uses the synced data to determine whether you have met physical nexus in a jurisdiction. Kintsugi shows you the details about the met physical nexus in a jurisdiction, including the nexus exposure date.

3. We also notify you about the triggered physical presence so that you are always on top of your nexus exposure.

4. With just a click, you can register in the jurisdiction.
