How it works
By integrating Lever with Deel, companies can automatically generate draft contracts in Deel when a candidate is marked as hired in Lever. This integration simplifies the hiring process by utilizing a "Hire using Deel" checkbox within Lever, which triggers the creation of a draft contract using candidate information from Lever. It supports contract type, job title, candidate name, and start date fields.
Integrating Deel + Lever allows: One-way integration from Lever to Deel, with data mapping for essential contract fields. Customizable data mappings between Lever requisitions and Deel contracts for MM & Ent clients. Capability to add a custom field in Lever for selecting Deel contract types during the hiring process.

About
This integration is currently in a beta phase and not being widely supported. Please also note that this integration relies on your organization making use of the requisition form in Lever.
Deel's integration with Lever allows you to move an opportunity in Lever to the 'hired' stage, which will then create a draft contract in Deel. This will greatly improve the HR handoff process when you are hiring candidates using Deel.
