How it works
The Personio plugin for Deel enables EOR employees to log time-off directly in Personio, which then syncs regularly with Deel. This integration covers vacation, sick leave, and other leave types, streamlining the time-off management process. Only available for EOR employees, it requires Org Admin or equivalent roles for setup.
Integrating Deel + Personio allows: Time-off type matching allows for precise synchronization of leave categories. Manage plugin settings to edit matches, view sync history, and address errors. Sync errors and employee sync errors provide insights into data discrepancies for prompt resolution.
