About
Refresh is the essential solution for detecting and preventing psychosocial risks, ensuring compliance, and reducing legal exposure. Built with psychologists and compliance experts, the platform helps organizations meet stringent obligations (ISO 45003, etc.) with clarity and confidence.
Our Three Critical Functions:
DETECT: Identify psychosocial hazards in real-time by analyzing anonymized language and behavioral patterns across your communication tools (Slack, Teams, Email). Gain visibility into risks like burnout and leadership failure.
ACCESS RISK: Prioritize legal exposure. Refresh ranks hazards by severity, providing a clear Psychosocial Risk Score for every team, instantly highlighting compliance gaps and required intervention.
SOLUTION: Turn insights into action. The platform recommends controls and connects you with verified partners (Marketplace). Every action creates an audit-ready evidence trail for reports and board decisions.
Refresh is 5x faster and 10x smarter than surveys, delivering full psychosocial compliance visibility within 24 hours. Built to scale, we uphold enterprise-grade security (GDPR, SOC 2, USDP), ensuring all insights are aggregated, redacted, and de-identified for maximum privacy.
