By integrating Stello AI with Deel, you can run unlimited salary increase cycles for your annual, mid-year and quarterly increases. Stello AI recommends increases and bonuses by pulling real-time employee data directly from Deel, including hire dates, levels, and performance ratings. By consolidating data that influences compensation decisions into one platform, your entire team gains the visibility and insights needed to make strategic compensation decisions. As a Deel customer, you can access Stello AI free for 12 months.
