Customer-first approach to infosec compliance
Compliance is not just about data security and privacy. A large portion of compliance is related to managing the processes related to people in your organization. Activities such as employee status, background checks, and security awareness training are all aspects that are part of your journey to compliance.
Connecting your HR and payroll tool enables Thoropass to automatically collect information related to the people in your organization, which will streamline your audit.
This app provides Thoropass with the ability to collect basic employee and contractor information from Deel. This connection will be the source of truth for all people in your organization and is a valuable system of record for streamlined compliance. The information pulled in will be added to Thoropass’s 'People Table,' which allows you to easily operationalize HR-related compliance controls such as recording employees’ security awareness training and required policy acceptance.
