How it works
Connect Leapsome to Deel via OAuth, map the fields you want, then run Sync now. Leapsome sends employee data one way to Deel—creating or updating people and syncing end dates when someone leaves. Leapsome stays the source of truth.
What it syncs
Direction: Leapsome → Deel only, Employee / person data (configurable via mapping), including: Legal first and last name, preferred name, work and personal email, Employee ID (external ID matching), Job title, department/team (when names match Deel org structure), Work location, phone, address fields, nationality, date of birth, Hiring date, termination/end date, employment type, Compensation-related mapped fields where supported by Deel field rules, Custom fields: Leapsome custom attributes → Deel custom fields, Lifecycle actions: Create a person in Deel, Update existing matched Deel people, Sync termination/end date from Leapsome
