How it works
- Step 1: Go to Settings > Integrations > Available integrations > HR.
- Step 2: Go to the Deel card and click on Connect.
- Step 3: Select the checkbox and click on Continue.
- Step 4: In the dialog that opens, select the option that applies to your use case:

Use my credentials (recommended) will authenticate the Administrator User via API.

Use my API key or access token will authenticate the Service User or the whole HR system with the applicable API key.

- Step 5: Next, select I am an admin.
- Step 6: On the following screen, select the type of the account your are connecting, confirm that you grant access to Payhawk to the HR data, and click on Next.
- Step 7: Click on Open window.
- Step 8: Once the authorization process is successfully completed, confirm you grant access to Merge to your data by clicking on Allow.
- Step 9: Once the account is set up and all custom fields fetched, you will be asked to map your additional custom fields. If any, map them and click on Save.
- Step 10: On the success screen, click on Finish setup.
