The sync runs automatically several times a day, so both systems stay current without any manual work.
From the integration settings, admins choose which Deel legal entities to import and keep in sync, and can activate or pause each entity individually. The connection runs on a scheduled sync several times a day, keeping data current with no manual action. Access is managed securely through OAuth: you control exactly which Deel data Pmovel Global can read, and you can refresh the connection token or disconnect at any time.
