Scrut Automation securely connects to your Deel account and pulls employee and leave data into the Scrut platform. Once connected, employee records, including name, email, department, reporting manager, joining date, exit date, and leave information, are automatically synced. This ensures your People module stays aligned with your HR system, helping you manage onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and audit evidence without manual uploads.
